Reiki Energy Healing

A Holistic means of Support for ones Well-Being

The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese and is made up of two parts:
Rei (靈 / 霊) – Universal or spiritual
Ki (気) – Life energy or vital force
Put together, Reiki means “universal life energy.”

How does it work?.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that channels universal life force to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through hands-on or hands-above-body as in hover mode. Reiki is known to promote relaxation, reduces stress, and enhance one’s overall well-being—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

In medical settings, Reiki has been shown to help alleviate pain, support recovery, improve sleep, and reduce anxiety. It also fosters emotional clarity, resilience, and inner calm, providing a complementary approach to conventional care.

Safe for all ages and adaptable to patient or staff needs, Reiki empowers individuals to actively participate in their healing. By integrating Reiki with regular sessions, the holistic practice nurtures ones mind, body, soul connection unifying health and harmony.

What to expect from a Reiki Energy session

How does it work?.

You’ll be in a calm, quiet space—often lying down fully clothed on a massage table or sitting comfortably in a chair. Soft music or dim lighting may be used to enhance relaxation.

Initial Converastion

The practitioner may ask about your current state—physical, emotional, or energetic—to tailor the session to your needs.

Energy Healing

The practitioner gently places hands on or just above specific areas of your body. Reiki energy flows naturally to areas that need balance. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm.

Mental & Emotional Experience

Many people report feeling relaxed, centered, or emotionally released. Some may experience vivid imagery, emotions, or sensations, while others feel peaceful stillness.

After The Session

You may feel lighter, more relaxed, or more energized. Drinking water and resting is recommended to help integrate the healing. Benefits may be immediate or unfold over several days.
